Chester Live are delighted to be bringing our ‘Acoustic Summer Party’ back to The Piper, Hoole on Saturday 23rd June 2018 as part of our city wide festival. Previous years have seen music lovers flood to the pub in Hoole for an afternoon of the best acoustic artists the area has to offer.
This year’s event is headlined by the acoustic trio of Mondegreen. Support comes from Richard G Jones, Billie Stansbury-Jones, Will Riding, Emma Evans, David Watson, Charlotte Evans, Owen Chamberlain, Lucy Mayhew, Into the Horizon and Jonathan Tarplee.
Laura Griffiths, one part of the Cheshire based trio which is Mondegreen said, “We’re really excited to be returning to Chester Live for 2018. The music scene in this city is one of the most supportive we have ever experienced and we can’t wait to bring in the summer alongside some of the city’s best artists and music fans at the festival’s Acoustic Summer Party.”
Matt Thompson at The Piper said, ‘We are in our 4th year of working with Dan and Chester Live. Each year it seems to get bigger and better! We very much look forward to hosting our Summer Acoustic Sessions on the 23rd of June at the Piper’
The event starts at 2pm and is FREE ENTRY.
Families are welcome.
The Piper will be serving quality food all day in the casual atmosphere of a pub. The pub works with local suppliers to ensure their customers get the best quality and value for money.
They also serve cask ales from local breweries such as ‘Spitting Feathers’ and ‘Liverpool Organic Brewery’, alongside a great range of lagers, stout and cider.
