Chester Live are delighted to be bringing our ‘Acoustic Summer Party’ back to The Piper, Hoole on Saturday 24th June 2017 as part of our city wide festival. Previous years have seen music lovers flood to the pub in Hoole for an afternoon of the best acoustic artists the area has to offer.

This year’s event is headlined by Chester’s finest purveyor of the fingerstyle guitar; Jim Bazley. Support comes from Blue Genes, Joseph Leo, Martyn Peters, Will Riding, David Watson, Damon Jacs, Kiani Marie, Lucy Mayhew, Mike West and Ellie Dibben.

Kay Lee, one part of the family country trio which is Blue Genes said, ‘Blue Genes are excited to be a part of Chester Live for the second year running. We feel humbled to be part of such a talented line up and cannot wait to share our new material with a great festival audience.’

Matt Thompson at The Piper said, ‘We are in our third year of working with Dan and Chester Live. Each year it seems to get bigger and better! We very much look forward to hosting our Summer Acoustic Sessions on 24th of June at the Piper’

The event starts at 2pm and is FREE ENTRY.

Families are welcome.

The Piper will be serving quality food all day in the casual atmosphere of a pub. The pub works with local suppliers to ensure their customers get the best quality and value for money.
